• • If you already have up-to-date (within the past 5 years) Pennsylvania clearances, please submit them through the upload portal

  • If you do not have up-to-date clearances please see the clearances information instructions

3. Sign and Upload IRS Form

• • W9 (faculty), or

  • W4 (counselors and staff)

4. W4 Employees: Upload Direct Deposit Authorization
